Insights from the Global South for the Revision of the KFPE Guide

The KFPE is revising its ‘Guide for Transboundary Research Partnerships. 11 Principles and 7 Questions’ also known as the ‘KFPE Guide’. Insights from partnership-experienced scholars from the Global South should play a key role in this revision. This report provides one such initial and non-conclusive input from scholars from the Global South. Longstanding partners and collaborators of CDE were asked to review the KFPE Guide and share their experience and feedback. The process involved five scholars from South-East Asia and Eastern Africa. It also included two workshops and individually written reviews of the KFPE Guide by these scholars. Their inputs were finally consolidated in this report.
