The Faculty of Geosciences and Environment at the University of Lausanne focuses on natural and/or anthropogenic changes to our planet, particularly in alpine regions and urban centres.

The FGSE offers comprehensive programmes ranging from bachelor's degrees to doctorates, with six different master's degrees, two of which are joint programmes with other universities in French-speaking Switzerland.
