Impact of Global Research Partnerships

This project focuses on the role of scientific collaboration and aims to highlight how research can generate meaningful impact beyond academic outputs. In the context of increasing pressure on research and development cooperation budgets, it is essential to critically assess and communicate the contributions of global research partnerships to sustainable development.
Project Goal
The goal is to identify and communicate success stories from Swiss research partnerships that have demonstrably contributed to development outcomes. These stories will be selected from diverse thematic areas, such as health, environmental governance, or policy innovation, and will serve to illustrate how research partnerships can foster global change.
The project seeks to improve the visibility of impactful research, especially those projects that fall outside the usual institutional or disciplinary focus. By encouraging exchange and coordination among participating institutions, the project further aims to build a foundation for ongoing collaboration and a network of communication professionals.
